Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address and date of birth. Choose a strong password and confirm. You will receive a verification code via SMS or email. Minor details such as your email address and contact number can be updated from your account settings after verifying the change. Core identity details — name and date of birth — must match your KYC documents and generally cannot be changed after verification. If you have a genuine correction to make, contact support with documentation and the team will assist.

Accounts lock temporarily after several consecutive failed login attempts. Wait 15–30 minutes then try again. If the account remains locked, contact support at [email protected] with your registered mobile number or email. If you previously applied a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools, the account will remain inaccessible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Yes. From your account settings, you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Withdrawals
